It was at least 150 degrees outside and 100 degrees (gross exaggerations, but that’s how it felt) in my house when my AC went. I contacted Sal late in the evening around 8 pm and HE (part owner) was at my house within the hour to check and see if he could help. I have a 2 year old and we were on the verge of getting a hotel room. Sal said nonsense and after searching for the problem for 15 minutes, he ran out and got a part and was back in another 15, and we had cold air blowing in our babies room in another 15. Within 2 hours this guy, who had just dealt with the hottest day of the year and several calls similar to mine, had changed out of his pajamas and had my kid comfortable in bed in his (pajamas) because of the hard work and dedication he has to his customers. Thanks Sal, you’re a lifesaver man.
